 twBRBarDisp()

     twBRBarDisp() is used if you overwrite the scroll bar display with
     an enhanced frame colour during opening  a  window in an ActionKey
     or Hot spot procedure during the operation of twBRBrowse()

       Arguments:

     NONE

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twBRBarDisp()
